Articles, upon articles can be found covering almost every medical topic. You must register with the site first, but it's all free. Wonderful source for research material. The site seems to be directed towards those in the medical profession but the articles are well written and easy to understand.

Don't be fooled by the simple site layout, there is some serious information here. Healthfinder.com, developed by the US Department of Health and Human Services, has gathered web sites that deal with health issues and organized them in a user-friendly website with quick download times.

The U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) has developed an extensive database of clinical trials accessible through their website, ClinicalTrials.gov.
